The estimated repair time is subject to change based on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts. We cannot guarantee a fixed turnaround time for repairs.
4. Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss, including settings, saved programs, or any other data stored on your TV. We recommend that you back up any important data before bringing your TV in for repair.
5. Parts Availability
Replacement parts are subject to availability. In some cases, it may be necessary to use refurbished or aftermarket parts if original parts are not available.
6. Warranty Limitations
Our warranty covers only the specific parts replaced and the labor associated with the repair. It does not cover any unrelated issues or future problems that may arise after the repair.
7. Customer-Provided Parts
If you choose to provide your own parts for the repair, we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of those parts. Additionally, our warranty does not cover customer-provided parts.
8. Physical Damage
We are not liable for any physical damage to the TV that occurs after it leaves our premises. This includes damage during transportation or due to mishandling by the customer.
9. Electrical Issues
Repairs involving electrical components carry inherent risks. While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot be held liable for any further electrical issues that may arise after the repair.
10. Environmental Factors
We are not responsible for damage caused by environmental factors such as power surges, lightning strikes, or water damage after the TV has been repaired.
11. Limited Scope of Service
Our services are limited to the repair and maintenance of televisions. We do not offer advice or support for other electronic devices or related issues not directly associated with the TV repair.
12. Third-Party Services
If we refer you to third-party services or vendors for additional support, we are not responsible for the actions or services provided by those third parties.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to pricing, service offerings, and policies.
14. Liability Limitation
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the repair. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
